Responsibility
- Manage multi-line phone system and triage 50+ daily calls with professionalism
- Coordinate executive calendar management and international meeting logistics
- Oversee visitor protocol including badge issuance and conference room scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and confidential document handling
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel records
- Collaborate with facilities team on office supply inventory and vendor relations
- Execute event coordination for quarterly all-hands meetings and client receptions
Qualification
- Associates degree or 3+ years corporate reception experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with executive presence
- Discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive situations
- Proven ability to multitask competing priorities under pressure
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
