Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for C-suite leadership
- Screen and direct high-volume calls, emails, and visitors with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate executive office operations including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Oversee conference room reservations and ensure premium presentation of common areas
- Act as liaison between executives and internal departments
- Coordinate office events, catering, and visitor experiences
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of executive reception or high-end hospitality experience
