Responsibility
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Compose, proofread, and distribute high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external clients, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Oversee office operations, including managing vendors, supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Qualification
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced calendar management software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
