Responsibility
- Safely transport time-sensitive documents and parcels across designated routes using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain real-time GPS tracking and delivery status updates through our proprietary logistics platform
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries, ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct thorough pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Adapt routes dynamically to avoid traffic congestion and ensure on-time deliveries
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and optimize efficiency
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive materials
Qualification
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license with clean abstract (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in urban environments
- Exceptional knowledge of Toronto geography and traffic patterns
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Professional communication skills and polished customer service demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 25kg (55 lbs) repeatedly throughout shift
- Flexibility to work variable hours including early mornings and weekends
- Basic smartphone proficiency for logistics app navigation
