Responsibility
- Safely transport time-sensitive documents and packages across Greater Toronto Area
- Maintain precise delivery schedules using GPS routing technology
- Provide real-time delivery updates via mobile app
- Handle specialized deliveries requiring temperature control
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Resolve delivery exceptions with proactive customer communication
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualification
- Valid Ontario Class G license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Proven experience in last-mile delivery or logistics
- Proficiency with navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Flexibility for extended hours and weekend availability
- Basic knowledge of hazardous materials handling
- Fluency in English (French is an asset)
