Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage a high-volume multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and ensure seamless meeting logistics.
- Perform essential administrative tasks including mail distribution, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain the security and organization of the reception and lobby areas.
- Assist with executive calendar management and travel coordination.
- Handle concierge-level requests to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or Hospitality preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or luxury hospitality role.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Impeccable grooming, poise, and professional presentation.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Experience with CRM and scheduling software is a strong plus.
