Responsibility
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that highlight local, sustainable ingredients.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse kitchen team to achieve excellence.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and control food costs.
- Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in menu tastings, marketing events, and community outreach.
- Maintain budget compliance and optimize labor productivity.
Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a Head Chef or Executive Chef role.
- Proven ability to create innovative menus that balance flavor, presentation, and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiling, and dietary trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high‑volume kitchen environment.
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution preferred.
