Oceanview Boutique Hotel is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of our luxury beachfront property in Miami Beach. This role involves leading a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue while delivering a memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibility
- Direct and coordinate hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge services.
- Lead, recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control costs to achieve profitability targets.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote hotel services and increase occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role.
- Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local market trends and ability to develop competitive pricing strategies.
