Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain attentive service throughout the meal
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including table settings
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must have a valid ServeSafe certification or be willing to obtain
