In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. You will serve as a key partner to management, providing strategic insights on workforce planning and organizational development.
Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain a high level of employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Update and maintain HRIS systems and personnel records with the highest degree of accuracy.
- Support the design and implementation of performance review cycles and training programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role.
- Current PHR or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent command of interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
