Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of top-tier talent
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with UK employment law
  • Lead employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career progression
  • Oversee HRIS maintenance and data analytics to inform strategic HR decisions
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an equitable workplace culture
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration including payroll coordination

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' progressive HR experience in a corporate environment
  • Expert knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems (Workday or SAP desirable)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
  • CHRP or SHRM-CP certification highly desirable
