Responsibility
- Manage fullâcycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordâkeeping in the HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate newâhire orientation and ongoing training initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures in line with best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or officer role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflictâresolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRMâCP is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
