Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS databases while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Support the implementation of employee performance management systems and appraisal processes
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs and professional development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration including medical insurance and leave management
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and employee engagement

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRI, CIPD) would be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
