In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, supporting the delivery of our HR strategy and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. What you will do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job profiling and advertising to shortlisting and onboarding.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations queries, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system and ensure strict adherence to GDPR and data protection policies.
  • Assist with the administration of payroll, leave management, and C&B processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Conduct new starter inductions and organize engagement activities to boost team morale.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administration or HR Officer role (CIPD Level 3 or 4 is highly desirable).
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., CIPD Insight, BambooHR, or Workday).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for employee well-being.
