Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, resolving conflicts and handling disciplinary procedures in line with UK law.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and employee contracts with precision.
- Ensure strict adherence to employment legislation and company compliance.
- Support the development and delivery of training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate performance reports.
Qualification
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Officer or HR Administrator role.
- Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
