Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, and performance management systems
- Ensure strict adherence to UK employment legislation and HR best practices
- Develop and implement HR policies, handbooks, and training programs
- Handle employee relations matters, conflicts, and grievance procedures
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning and retention initiatives
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and cultural development programs
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a UK-based organization
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of UK employment law (Equality Act 2010, GDPR, etc.)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and empathy
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
