Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding top-tier talent
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Administer employee relations programs and conflict resolution initiatives
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration with precision
- Conduct performance reviews and talent development planning
- Optimize HRIS systems for data-driven decision making
- Lead organizational culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
Qualification
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience in corporate environment
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP & PP No. 78/2015)
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- Certification in HRBP or SHRM-CP highly advantageous
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
