Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention and productivity
- Ensure HR compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Oversee payroll administration and benefits administration with precision
- Conduct HR analytics to support strategic decision-making
Qualification
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Indonesia with recruitment focus
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Kerja UU No. 13/2003)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Certified HR Practitioner (CHRP) preferred
