Responsibility
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding using our ATS platform
- Develop and implement performance management systems aligned with company objectives
- Oversee employee relations matters and conduct conflict resolution mediation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and company policies
- Design and execute training programs for leadership development
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare monthly workforce analytics reports
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and cultural events
Qualification
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in multinational companies
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning
- Certification in HRBP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
