Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, generating reports on key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and recruitment status.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics, such as harassment prevention and diversity and inclusion.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is highly preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
