Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, generating reports on key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and recruitment status.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics, such as harassment prevention and diversity and inclusion.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is highly preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
