Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven 3+ years of experience as an HR Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
