Responsibility
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiations, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Orchestrate a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience that fosters employee engagement and retention from day one.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
- Administer and enhance our compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Maintain meticulous HR records and ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations (NYC / NYS).
- Lead the planning and execution of company-wide events, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition programs to strengthen company culture.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, driving strategic workforce planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree or HR Certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Highly proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or ADP) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a metrics-driven approach to HR.
