Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, and leave management ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive onboarding and offboarding processes, delivering a seamless and positive employee experience.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and generating insightful reports for leadership.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and corporate culture activities.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to upskill talent and support career progression.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or Officer role.
  • Strong knowledge of US employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA).
  • HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and diplomacy.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a high-volume environment.
