Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
- Support performance management programs and coordinate employee development activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering positive workplace relations.
- Assist in planning and implementing HR initiatives such as training, benefits administration, and retention strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or officer role.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
