Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy, delivering a world-class experience.
- Employee Relations: Handle complex ER cases, performance management, and dispute resolution with empathy and commercial acumen.
- HR Operations & Analytics: Leverage our HRIS (Employment Hero) to maintain data integrity and provide actionable people analytics.
- Culture & Engagement: Spearhead initiatives boosting morale, inclusion, and retention. Plan offsites and recognition programs.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, WHS obligations. Maintain the employee handbook.
- Learning & Development: Coordinate L&D pathways and leadership training programs to upskill our workforce.
- Remuneration & Benefits: Support salary reviews, benefits administration, and market research to keep our rewards package competitive.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. Master’s or AHRI certification is a strong plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven HR generalist experience in high-growth tech or financial services.
- Legislative Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and Unfair Dismissal provisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Google Workspace user. Experience with Employment Hero, Lever, or Culture Amp is highly valued.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. High EQ, resilience, and ability to influence without authority.
- Organizational Skills: Project management expertise, capable of handling multiple priorities in a scale-up environment.
- Discretion: Unquestionable integrity when handling sensitive and confidential employee information.
- Mindset: Proactive "roll up your sleeves" attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic automation.
