Responsibility

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, source top-tier talent, and manage the end-to-end selection process.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive workplace environment.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements are strictly adhered to.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong ethical judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
