Responsibility
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into issues of public interest, including government, business, and social affairs.
- Analyze data, public records, and documents to uncover leads and verify information.
- Develop and cultivate sources at all levels across multiple sectors.
- Write compelling, accurate, and well-sourced articles for digital and print platforms.
- Produce multimedia content including video narratives, podcasts, and interactive graphics.
- Collaborate with editors, fact-checkers, and legal team to ensure rigorous reporting standards.
- Participate in editorial planning and pitch innovative story ideas.
- Engage with the audience through social media and public events.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional reporting experience, preferably in investigative journalism.
- Proven track record of impactful investigative stories with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex data and use analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, FOIA).
- Strong ethical judgment and deep understanding of media law.
- Proficiency in multimedia storytelling techniques including video and audio production.
- Fluency in English; bilingual a plus.
