Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure NEC and local code compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Supervise and mentor Apprentice Electricians on active job sites.
- Install solar PV systems, EV charging stations, and home automation systems.
- Perform rigorous safety inspections and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Manage inventory and coordinate material procurement with project managers.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and project clarity.
Qualification
- Valid State of Texas Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional electrical experience.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification (preferred).
- Proven expertise in both commercial and residential wiring.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, scaffolds, and in various weather conditions.
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
