Responsibility
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage electrical installation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-efficient delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Perform complex wiring, panel upgrades, and troubleshooting for both residential and commercial properties.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and OSHA safety standards.
- Mentorship: Train, supervise, and guide junior electricians and apprentices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Client Relations: Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide professional technical solutions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles and tool inventory in peak operating condition.
Qualification
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification preferred; NABCEP or similar certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in blueprints, schematics, and electrical load calculations.
- Tools: Demonstrated ability to operate power tools, test meters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
