Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Inspect electrical components for compliance with safety codes and regulations
- Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Prepare detailed technical reports and project documentation
- Mentor junior electricians and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials efficiently
Qualification
- Valid Texas Master Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Expertise in NEC code and local Houston regulations
- Proficiency with blueprint reading and CAD software
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency calls
