Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures per NEC and Texas state codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead residential and commercial projects from planning through completion
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project managers
Qualification
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential and commercial electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and local ordinances
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
