Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and local building codes.
- Lead and mentor apprentice electricians.
- Complete work orders accurately and maintain records.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent service.
Qualification
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in New York State.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in electrical work.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to handle demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.
