Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform troubleshooting using specialized testing equipment.
- Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians on job sites to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and general contractors to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualification
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License for the State of Texas (required).
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local amendments.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with both residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
