Responsibility
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar management for executive leadership
- Oversee office supply inventory and maintain optimal stock levels
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Plan and coordinate team meetings, conferences, and company events
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Support onboarding of new employees and manage onboarding documentation
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business Administration preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment
- Experience with basic accounting software is a plus
