Responsibility
- General Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including reception duties, mail management, and supply inventory.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage internal calendars, and ensure all appointments are documented accurately.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring professional and courteous interactions.
- Document Control: Maintain filing systems, manage correspondence, and prepare reports, presentations, and memos as required.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
- Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
Qualification
- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in an administrative or office management role within a corporate environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
