Responsibility
- Manage digital and physical filing systems with precision
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence
- Schedule meetings and maintain executive calendars
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Operate office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Facilitate interdepartmental communications
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years administrative experience preferred
