Responsibility
- Manage incoming/outgoing communications including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Process payroll, invoices, and expense reports using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement for 25+ employees
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation materials
- Prepare monthly reports and statistical data for management review
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
