Responsibility

- Manage correspondence, including mail processing, email routing, and executive calendar coordination
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics: supply inventory, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Support payroll processing and expense reporting with strict adherence to financial protocols
- Assist with event planning and meeting logistics for cross-functional teams
Qualification
