Responsibility
- Manage incoming/outgoing communications including emails, calls, and mail with professionalism and timeliness
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital/physical records using MS Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and meeting arrangements
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal staff inquiries
- Assist with onboarding new hires and office administrative projects
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/clerical experience in professional settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with polished professionalism
- Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with office equipment (copiers, scanners, multi-line phone systems)
