- Develop/implement process improvements to boost efficiency by 20%+
- Conduct performance reviews and implement targeted coaching strategies
- Manage inventory control systems and compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate performance reports and present insights to senior leadership
- Train new hires on SOPs and company culture
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in supervisory roles within logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel/Power BI
- Excellent conflict resolution and team-building abilities
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred
