- Manage $2M+ operational budgets with rigorous fiscal oversight
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across supply chain and client services
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic planning and organizational scaling
- Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement frameworks
Qualification
- 10+ years in operations management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling operations in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and agile methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
