Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ professionals through performance coaching
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement strategic improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives and resolve bottlenecks
- Manage inventory, resource allocation, and budget adherence for operational excellence

Qualification
