Responsibility

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing complex projects from conception to execution.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and data analytics software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with PMP or Six Sigma methodologies is a significant plus.
