Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome all visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor while managing the reception area
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel while taking detailed messages when necessary
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings using our digital calendar system
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including managing supplies and refreshments

Qualification
