Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office suite.
- Assist with event planning and coordination of travel arrangements.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
