Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree highly preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California is required.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development or public infrastructure.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and hydrology modeling software.
  • Deep understanding of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects valued over $10M.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present to clients and public agencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
