Responsibility
- Safely and efficiently transport high-priority documents and packages across downtown Toronto using company vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using our proprietary GPS tracking system to ensure on-time performance
- Provide real-time delivery updates and exceptional customer service to corporate clients
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for accountability
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and exceptions
- Uphold company standards for professionalism and brand representation
Qualification
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license with clean abstract (minimum 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional courier or delivery experience in urban environments
- Proficiency with smartphone apps and basic GPS navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation with professional communication abilities
- Ability to lift up to 25kg (55 lbs) repeatedly throughout shift
- Knowledge of Toronto's downtown core and major traffic patterns
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak seasons
