Responsibility
- Execute high-priority same-day deliveries to Manhattan's financial district, tech hubs, and luxury retail centers
- Optimize delivery routes using proprietary GPS software to ensure 95%+ on-time performance
- Manage specialized cargo handling for temperature-sensitive and high-value shipments
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and real-time communication via mobile tracking system
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service for corporate clients with VIP delivery requirements
- Train junior couriers on operational protocols and safety standards
Qualification
- 3+ years professional courier experience in metropolitan area
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
