Responsibility
- Oversee the editorial calendar and manage a team of writers and freelancers
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, grammar, and style consistency
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with brand goals
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to optimize content performance
- Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor industry trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional editing experience in publishing or media
- Exceptional command of English grammar and AP style
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing editorial teams
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
