Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
- Design and deliver engaging L&D programs aligned with business objectives
- Advise managers on HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and process improvements
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an equitable workplace
- Manage compensation and benefits administration with market benchmarking
Qualification
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification required
- Minimum 5+ years in HR generalist or specialist role
- Proven experience with HRIS systems (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in tech/consulting environment highly desirable
- CIPM or CIPD Level 6 certification advantageous
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
